The Department of the Army, Army Materiel Command, Mission Installation Contracting Command has a requirement for non-personnel services to provide analysis for future training capability development at Fort Eustis, VA

This contract provides support to the TPO-FoF, ATSC, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. Contract provides one contractor who can perform the tasks outlined in this PWS. The focus is on the Live Training Environment (LTE). Services include developing and/or refining Army concepts/requirements to integrate Joint and Services training with the Army training systems. These systems include Live instrumentation (i.e., for Force-on-Force and Live Fire Maneuver (LFM) (Formerly known as Force-on-Target training)) and tactical engagement simulation systems. Contractor represent TPO-FoF interests in Army, Service(s), and Joint forums/meetings. Develops “use cases” / vignettes with virtual and constructive considerations used to inform the materiel developer of Live training requirements, and Science and Technology (S&T) needs. Manage FoF capability gaps. Assist in the review/development of System Training Plans (STRAP), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Army Capabilities and Integration Development System (ACIDS) documents. 

 Quality Control: Quality Control (QC) is the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor is responsible for the delivery of quality services to the Government (see FAR 52.246- 1, Contractor Inspection Requirements)
