The contractor shall conduct a full range of functions for incoming and outgoing material, delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments, packaging, handling, of non-hazardous and hazardous shipments.
The contractors will also work with the processing, handling, and excessing of equipment to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Center and the management and inventory of material to include the flow of assets to and from end user sites from initial receipt, storage, issue and disposal.
According to the NAVWAR LRAE released in December 2023, the estimated value of this requirement is between $7,500,000 and $50,000,000.
