General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Services (PBS), NCR Region 11, is seeking potential sources capable of furnishing all management, labor, materials, equipment and transportation in support of general construction, as follows: Department of Commerce Mission
Tile Roof Replacement at the Herbert C. Hoover Building. The roof has been deteriorating since its repairs in the mid-1990s. Consequently, missing/broken tiles have begun to cause roof leaks into the building. There is a considerable amount of damage to the roof that has led to water
leaks being observed. Majority of the clay tiles are from the original construction, making them nearing the end of their expected 100-year useful life.
