The Army and Joint Requirements Oversight Councils approved the ICD in 2005 (Catalog of Approved Requirements Document (CARDS) # 2522). The Army Collective Training Environment ICD (ACTE ICD, 2018, CARDS # 2554) is the Army’s cornerstone for replicating the Operational Environment (OE) during training events to enable Soldiers to train as it fights The Army and TRADOC support this effort since the goal is to link the other Military Services’ training capabilities, ranges, maneuver areas, facilities, command headquarters, and combatant commands. The contractor shall perform tasks under this contract at Government owned facilities (primarily building 1900, ATSC headquarters) at Joint Base Langly Eustis (JBLE). Temporary Duty Locations include the following: PEO STRI (PM Training Devices (TRADE)) 12350 Research Parkway Orlando, Florida 32826; Combined Arms Center Training (CAC-T) Fort Leavenworth, Kansas 66027; National Training Center Bldg. 990 Fort Erwin California 92310; Joint Readiness Training Center Bldg. 1562 Fort Johnson, Louisiana, 71446; and HQDA G-37 TRS, Pentagon Washington D.C. 20310. When feasible and only upon approval of the Contracting Officer and COR, work may be performed via telework agreement at 4 an agreed upon alternate location. Daily contact shall be made with the Onsite COR via e-mail or phone call to maintain situational awareness.
