Description

Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a hybrid firm fixed price and time and materials requirements type service contract to provide testing, inspection, preventative maintenance and repairs of Dry Chemical and Water Mist Fire Suppression Systems in various locations at Letterkenny Army Depot. A detailed Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and two (2) option years. The procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code: 541990 – Waterless Fire Suppression System Testing and/or Inspection, without Sales, Service, or Installation, the size standard is $19,500,000 and the product code/service code is H312- Inspection – Fire Control Equipment. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N225Q0002 will be released on or about 01 October 2024 with a closing date on or about 22 October 2024. 

The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
